Okay, if you live in the USA, you know how much people rave about In & Out Burger. When people go to LA, that is a must stop. No questions asked. But, if you haven’t been able to go to LA to experience the burger goodness that is In & Out, you can now make them from home. Here is their famous recipe. Sure, they’re not the same exact thing. But, they’re pretty darn close. We’ll take it! Just look at this deliciousness!

The Ingredients

Ground chuck (80% lean) for the patties.

Sauteed white onion

Sauce (before mixing)

Mayo, Sweet relish, Ketchup (Catsup), and White vinegar

Sauce (after mixing)

Griddle

Brushing the griddle with vegetable oil for toasting the buns.

Add sauce and tomato

Add lettuce (the recipe called for iceberg lettuce but that shit is just cellulose and water. I used Romaine.

Patties on the grill…The recipe called for them to be fried on the griddle but I wasn’t in the mood for that mess.

As the first side is cooked, yellow mustard gets spread on the uncooked side.

Then flipped and cheese added.

Add carmelized onion
