Jose Cardoso is a Portuguese artist who has taken “play-doh” to a whole new level. He has his models squish and twist an orange-sized piece of the modeling dough into any shape they chose. Then he photographs their creations and photoshops them onto portraits of those individuals. He explains his purpose with this photo series, “There’s a lot of theories about identity loss nowadays, about how social networks can help you fake your real identity,” Cardoso told HuffPost. “Why do people use photoshop in order to hide imperfections but never use that tool to enhance deficiencies?”
Now, the question is…will see these portraits cause nightmares? Share with friends!
